By accessing and using BnB Ship ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

BnB Ship is an online marketplace that connects property investors with opportunities to buy, sell, and manage short-term rental properties.

Our Platform provides:

• Property listing and discovery tools
• Communication systems between buyers and sellers
• Transaction facilitation and escrow services
• Property management resources and analytics
• Community features and educational content

BnB Ship acts as an intermediary and is not a party to any agreements between users. We do not own, manage, or operate any properties listed on our Platform.

To access certain features of our Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You may not use our Platform for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. Prohibited activities include:

• Violating any local, state, national, or international law
• Transmitting or posting content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using automated systems to access or use our Platform
• Interfering with other users' use and enjoyment of the Platform
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresenting property information
• Harassment, threats, or intimidation of other users

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

BnB Ship charges service fees for successful transactions completed through our Platform. Current fees are:

• Property transaction fee: 3% of the sale price
• Listing fees: Free for basic listings, premium options available
• Escrow services: Included in transaction fees
• Additional services: As specified at time of purchase

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with 30 days' notice.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. You agree to comply with their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution.

Users who list properties on our Platform are responsible for:

• Ensuring all information provided is accurate and current
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Having proper authorization to list and sell the property
• Providing clear and accurate photos and descriptions
• Disclosing all material facts about the property

BnB Ship reserves the right to remove listings that:

• Contain false or misleading information
• Violate our content policies
• Do not comply with applicable laws
• Are reported by other users for legitimate concerns

We do not verify the accuracy of listing information and recommend that buyers conduct their own due diligence.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

BnB Ship disclaims all warranties, including:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or freedom from viruses or harmful components

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall BnB Ship be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from user interactions or transactions
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to BnB Ship in the 12 months preceding the claim.
